Melotrex for Insomniacs in Bishop

Thursday, January 28th, 2010

Melotrex for Insomniacs in Bishop Does it seem like some Dyer teenagers sleep all the time? CA sleep experts say that teenagers need about ten hours of sleep. This is as much sleep as a toddler needs! (Parents of teenagers can probably name some other ways that 16 year-olds and 3 year-olds are alike.)

If high schoolers need more sleep than grade schoolers, why do most Bishop high schools start the school day between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. while elementary schools ring the bell at 9:30? If first period in high school began a few hours later, say at 10:00 a.m., perhaps fewer Bishop high schoolers would struggle to graduate.

In addition to schools, many other CA social institutions do not acknowledge nor support natural sleep requirements. Think of first-year Bishop doctors who make life-or-death decisions during a thirty hour shift. The increased rate of mistakes made by trainees while working impossibly long hours is well documented.

“An intern who does more than 80 a week commits 36% more serious medical errors than one who works normal hours”, said Charles Czeisler, sleep researcher. (medicalnewstoday.com)

In addition to health care, many Dyer professions require employees to work dangerously long shifts. Bishop public safety workers, Dyer customer service personnel, Benton night cleaning crews, armed services personnel, Mammoth Lakes restaurant workers, and Bishop truck drivers are all at risk for sleep deprivation and the associated dangers.

If you suffer from occasional or persistent insomnia due to your Bishop employment situation, Melotrex can help you. This all-natural Bishop insomnia remedy is effective for all types of sleep problems. Most of us cannot change our profession, however, we can use sleep aids such as Reposanex and 7Hour Slumber to help us get the deep, recharging sleep that will allow us to be clear-headed on the job. Melotrex for Jet Lag in Bishop

Thursday, January 21st, 2010

Circadian Rhythm Hi, it’s Frank here again sharing sleep news for Bishop insomniacs.

I have been conducting informal research on lack of sleep effects in Bishop for several months now. So far, I have tried Reposanex and 7Hour Slumber. This upcoming week, I am eager to compare Melotrex.

Melotrex works with your body to re-set your natural circadian rhythm. No, I am not a dancer, ‘circadian rhythm’ is the scientific name for your internal body clock. All animals and plants have a natural 24-hour cycle. Circadian rhythms disorders affect your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Circadian rhythms can be altered by pregnancy, rotating shifts and jet lag. I don’t have to worry about being pregnant, but since I will be traveling away from Bishop on business next week, I will definitely need Melotrex. I will also do yoga and my special relaxation techniques faithfully while I am away. Since I am very sensitive to disruptions in my sleep cycle, I have a bedtime ritual that I use in combination with all-natural sleep aids to help me sleep.

For more information on Melotrex, Reposanex, , and 7Hour Slumber, see Samuel’s Rockford Apnea Symptoms Blog. These sleep aids are available online for all Mammoth Lakes and Dyer folks who want to re-set or maintain their sleep/wake cycle for better health and improved immunity. I don’t know about you, but I am at least a little concerned about H1N1 and other viruses that are spreading in the Bishop area. To stay healthy, make sure you get enough sleep!

Frank’s Bishop Sleep Diary

Wednesday, January 13th, 2010

Frank's Bishop Sleep Diary If you suffer from sleep issues like many folks in Bishop, you may want to start a sleep diary. You can keep track of when you climb into bed, when you actually fall asleep, how many times you wake up during the night and when you arise in the morning. In addition, you can record other factors that may be related such as medications, stressful events, number of cups of coffee, exercise, etc.

Then you can compare these factors. Analyzing any connections may help you better understand your insomnia.

By keeping a sleep diary for a month, I was able to isolate several factors that triggered a sleepless night in my Bishop bedroom. Some of those factors, such as caffeine consumption, are controllable. Other factors, such as the occasional loud barking of my Bishop neighbor’s dog are beyond my control. When I am awakened by barking or other unexpected loud noises, I take 7Hour Slumber. I can get back to sleep fast and the whole night is not ruined.

I am Frank Mizelle. I have used most sleep aids available in Bishop, both prescription and over-the-counter. 7Hour Slumber is my favorite OTC insomnia treatment.

By keeping a sleep diary you may discover how to alter your busy Bishop lifestyle to help you get more sleep. For the nights you can’t sleep despite your best efforts, try 7Hour Slumber. I know it has helped many Bishop sleep apnea patients, also.

Here’s wishing you restful sleep tonight.

Get Your Life Back With 7Hour Slumber

Thursday, January 7th, 2010

Get Your Life Back With 7Hour Slumber We spend roughly a third of our life sleeping, but that third is mighty important. If your sleep is inadequate, the other two thirds will suffer.

Bonjour. My name is Frank and Mizelle. I have dealt with insomnia in Mammoth Lakes for the past five years. My troubles might have begun when I was in a serious auto accident just outside Dyer. Recovery can often be long and difficult and you could spend months in a Bishop hospital. You know how impossible it is to get a good night’s sleep in a hospital. The pain meds were also a problem because they can mess up your natural sleep cycle. The first few months after the accident may be an endless blur of restless nights and sleepy days. Needless to say, I know how poor sleep affects the two-thirds of ‘awake’ time.

Fortunately, a Benton friend suggested 7Hour Slumber to treat my insomnia. 7Hour Slumber helped me re-set my biological sleep/wake schedule. I am finally sleeping regularly!

Good sleep is priceless. I am now more productive at work. I feel good enough to lift weights at my favorite Dyer fitness center. I have more energy for my Mammoth Lakes friends and family. In short, I have my life back again.

The all-natural sleep aid 7Hour Slumber is not just for the “one third”. It is just as important for the other ‘two thirds’.
